From Idea to Impact

This is our methodology in motion:

Emprendedoras Conectadas (Connected Entrepreneurs Women)

Driven by insights gathered from female micro-entrepreneurs, Kodea refined its training formats, content, and learning pathways to better align with their schedules, needs, and business stages. One of these insights led to Finanzas que Empoderan (Empowering Finances), a digital pathway delivered via WhatsApp that provides financial well-being and economic autonomy tools through short, flexible modules.

Valientes Conectadas (Connected & Courageous Women)

In partnership with Fundación CAI, Kodea designed a pilot project funded by Innova FOSIS for women who care for individuals on the autism spectrum and with neurodevelopmental conditions. The solution blends flexible digital training, socio-emotional support, and local community integration to address concrete barriers such as time poverty, emotional burnout, and digital gaps.

Los Creadores (The Creators)

After nine years of implementation, Kodea spearheaded a strategic review of Los Creadores to map out its next phase. The process integrated data, accumulated insights, benchmarking, and feedback from key stakeholders, enabling the team to define structural improvements that strengthen the program’s scalability, sustainability, and user experience.
